FAQ's
Do you have a retail location? Yes! We recently opened a Fragrance Studio and Boutique at the Sandpaper Factory, 83 E. Water Street Unit N312, Rockland, MA 02370. We are open Thursday & Friday 12- 5 pm and Saturday 12-4 pm and offer classes on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons.
What classes do you offer? We currently offer candle, perfume, reed diffuser and room spray making classes customized to your preference of vessels and fragrance oils. We offer classes in our studio in Rockland, mobile parties in your home or business and public classes at local businesses. We travel to towns in the greater Boston area, South Shore and Cape Cod.
How long are the classes? Our room spray, reed diffuser and rollerball perfume classes are about 1 hour and our candle making classes are closer to 2 hours.
Do I need experience to take a class? No experience necessary! We walk you through each step of the process, answer questions and provide suggestions so you are extremely satisfied with your creation.
How do I book a private event? Send us an email to info@saltandbranch.com to discuss details.
How long will it take to ship my order? Most items are processed and shipped within 3 days but can take up to 7 days. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. See our Returns and Shipping Policies for more information.
Why isn't my shipping free? We wish we could offer free shipping on every order. Since we are a small business and we do not sell a large volume of products like big box stores, so we do have to charge you for shipping unfortunately.
What countries do you ship to? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy? You can return a product for up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. What payment options do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
I noticed that I didn't get an invoice with my order. Why not? In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we have decided to not print invoices with each order. If you believe there was a mistake with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
